Today marks the 81st anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. As every year on this occasion, the youth prepares and distributes yellow jonquils, symbolizing respect and remembrance for the insurgents.
Additionally, we are hosting an exceptional exhibition prepared by the Bente Kahan Foundation for the past few days, detailing the fates of Jewish artists from Europe who perished during the Second World War. The exhibition “Unfinished Lives” showcases the figures, biographies, and artistic legacy of these individuals and is available to students on the first floor of our school. Accompanying it are educational activities conducted by our teachers, aimed at familiarizing the youth with the diversity and cultural heritage shaping Polish society.
