Today, our high school celebrated Poland’s National Independence Day!

As part of the event, we took a journey back to 19th-century Warsaw, inspired by a famous scene called the “Warsaw Salon” from Forefathers’ Eve by Adam Mickiewicz. This scene portrays a symbolic divide between those loyal to foreign rulers and a young generation longing for freedom, reminding us how deeply people debated independence at that time.
