There are several documents required when applying for a student’s admission to the International High School of Wroclaw. These documents can be taken or received by an e-mail from our Admission Officer.

To enter a candidate to the enrollment Register you will be asked to fill in the following document:

• General Candidate data form – a preliminary form for candidates to all types of grades

After the initial acceptance of the candidate by the school, you will be asked to submit one of the following application forms:

• Application to grades 1-4 with preparation to Polish exam (matura) – part A (document in Polish)
• Application to grades 1-2 with preparation to international diploma – part A (document in Polish)
• Application Form for DP – part A (for candidates to IB Diploma Programme only)
